Crooners’ regulars Prudence Johnson, Jennifer Grimm and Maud Hixson perform select songs in the style of Warsaw (Poland) Cabaret, circa 1939, from the musical play “Chopin’s Heart”.
Dan Chouinard music directs from the piano, Randy Sabien adds vibrant color on violin and mando. Music and lyrics by Gary Rue (member of Lush Country and Buddy Holly: OH BOY!, co-creator of nearly 100 scores for musical theatre), book and additional lyrics by Dan Pinkerton (playwright and producing artistic director of Fortune’s Fool Theatre).
