Almandina’s journey mirrors the musical evolution and cultural adaptation of a South American family and their community residing in Minnesota, United States. The sound of Andean flutes and La Nueva Canción formed the foundation of their music, which gradually expanded to incorporate new rhythms and instruments, enriching Almandina’s entire journey.
