Travis Anderson has been a mainstay on the local jazz scene for over 20 years, performing from intimate clubs to large concert halls. Inspired by Oscar Peterson and Erroll Garner, he puts fresh twists on familiar tunes ranging from the Great American Songbook to Pixar, Super Mario, and John Williams. Steve Pikal, a former trombonist with the Artie Shaw Orchestra, taught himself double bass ands become one of the Twin Cities’ most in-demand players, known for his joyful slap style of playing. Nathan Norman is a first-call Twin Cities drummer who has performed with legends like Doc Severinsen and Delfeayo Marsalis. He effortlessly balances power and sensitivity, bringing both intensity and nuance to every performance.
