Original Miniatures for Piano, Strings, and Harp

Written specifically for this unique ensemble of piano, viola, cello, and harp, these compositions explore the concept of the modern musical vignette. The music merges the structural elegance of classical character pieces with the narrative, sweeping emotional weight of a film score. Woven throughout each piece is the bittersweet, nostalgic charm of a French café, brought to life by the fluid textures of the harp and piano, and the expressive, lyrical voices of the viola and cello.Because this repertoire is completely original, tonight is a journey into entirely new sonic landscapes—where every piece tells a distinct story and paints a vivid, cinematic picture without words.

Step into a world of timeless melody. Join The Dust of Suns Ensemble for an unforgettable evening of original cinematic miniatures, blending the elegance of classical harp and strings with the rich warmths of a vintage salon. Sip a classic cocktail and savor the atmosphere. Let these hauntingly beautiful character pieces sound-track your evening out.
