Sherwin Linton is a legendary country music entertainer, songwriter, recording artist, and broadcaster whose career spans more than 70 years. A South Dakota native, Sherwin launched his professional music career in 1956 and rose to national prominence with his hit recording “Cotton King,” leading to a partnership with Roy Acuff’s Acuff-Rose Publishing and Hickory Records. He gained further recognition with his acclaimed Johnny Cash tribute recordings, including “Hello, I’m Not Johnny Cash,” earning praise from Cash himself along with CMA and ACM nominations. A true ambassador of traditional country music and Americana, Sherwin continues to record and perform, with his Grammy-nominated 2023 release “Sunday Drives With Mom and Dad” celebrating the songs and stories of America’s heartland.
Pam Linton is an acclaimed vocalist, stylist, and interpreter of Americana, traditional country, folk, and Gospel music whose heartfelt performances have captivated audiences for more than four decades. Growing up in central Minnesota, Pam developed a deep appreciation for classic country and roots music before joining the Sherwin Linton Show in the early 1980s, where she quickly became a featured performer recognized from Nashville to Las Vegas. Her expressive vocals and passion for preserving traditional American music shine through her recordings, including her latest release, “Songs of the Carter Family” on New Folk Records. A member of the National Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame, Pam is celebrated for her dedication to the preservation and presentation of Music Americana.
