Brotha Asè is a modern-day griot, drummer, and storyteller rooted in the traditions of the African diaspora. Blending djembe rhythms, spoken word, and ancestral storytelling, his work centers on healing, remembrance, and community connection. With over a decade of experience in youth development and cultural programming, he creates immersive experiences that invite audiences to not just listen—but to feel, reflect, and remember. Through rhythm and voice, Brotha Asè carries forward the legacy of oral tradition, reminding us that we are the archive.
